These three actions arise from a gas explosion on May 20, 1964, which damaged a three-story, six-family house owned by Anthony Yukna on Savin Hill Avenue in Dorchester. Several tenants in Yukna's house owned personal property damaged in the explosion, and some suffered bodily injuries.
