A four-count information charged the defendant with aggravated robbery, 1967 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 40-5-1; entering a motor vehicle in violation of 1967 Perm. Supp., C.R.S.1963, 40-5-10; and two counts of conspiracy in violation of C.R.S. 1963, 40-7-35. A jury convicted the defendant of one count of conspiracy and of the crimes of robbery and unlawfully entering a motor vehicle.
