This appeal is taken from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in the district court of Blaine County, convicting John Edward Pound of one count of grand larceny and sentencing him to serve five years in the Montana State Prison. Pound was charged by amended Information with twelve counts of grand larceny and one count of second degree burglary. He entered a plea of not guilty to all charges.
