Defendant (Appellant) was convicted of automobile banditry under Acts of 1929, ch. 54, § 3, IC 35-12-2-1, 1956 Repl. Burns Ind. Stat. Ann. § 10-4710. She was sentenced to imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years. Her appeal to this Court asserts the following five errors which will be treated in the order stated.
