Preliminary objections in the nature of a motion to quash the appeal have been filed by the executor of this estate. The petition for citation sur appeal alleges that decedent was not of sound mind at the time of execution of the will in question; that it was procured by undue influence, duress and constraint practiced upon decedent by certain named persons.
