On this review of an award entered by the respondent Commission denying workmen's compensation benefits to the petitioner, questions are raised concerning (1) the sufficiency of the evidence to support the Commission's finding that petitioner's claim was not timely filed within "one year after the injury occurred or the right thereto accrued" as required by A.R.S. § 23-1061, and (2) whether in any event, the respondent carrier waived...
