This is a habeas corpus proceeding in which the petitioner seeks relief from two convictions for the felony offense of driving while intoxicated. The first, occurring in 1966, resulted in a sentence of five years, probated. In the second conviction, which occurred in 1972, petitioner was sentenced to three years' imprisonment.
