Cline sued Carthage Crushed Limestone Company, a Corporation, for $250,000 damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of the negligence of CCL while plaintiff was doing mechanical work on a limestone pulverizing machine in CCL's plant in Jasper County. Following a jury verdict of $150,000 CCL appealed to this Court on September 3, 1971.<...
