Appellant, Donald Elmer Cole, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-72-735, for the offense of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Amphetamines, After Former Conviction of a Felony, acting conjointly with one Raymond Harold Williams. His punishment was fixed at ten (10) years in the state penitentiary and from said judgment...
