The plaintiff seeks to enjoin the defendant director from revoking his license to operate motor vehicles pending an administrative hearing to determine whether he refused to consent to a blood test under RSA 262-A:69-a (the implied consent law). The case reaches us upon an agreed statement of facts which discloses that the plaintiff was arrested and charged with driving a motor vehicle at Derry on February 19, 1971, while under the influence of intoxicating...
