This is a suit on a cost plus contract for the construction of a residence brought by the contractor, Schuessler Lumber Company, the appellee here, against Stanley Kubela and wife, Robbie S. Kubela, the owners. The jury found in answer to the only special issue submitted that the actual cost of construction by appellee to construct the Kubela residence was $55,632.13.
