Barbara Green, as Administratrix and personal representative of the estate of her deceased husband, Michael Ray Green, brought this suit against Harry J. Ross and the Travelers Indemnity Co. Her complaint alleged that Ross' negligence caused the death of her husband, who was struck by the propeller of the defendant's outboard motorboat while skin diving in the Atlantic Ocean.1
