In a nonjury trial, defendant was convicted of felonious assault. MCLA 750.82; MSA 28.277.

The charge arose from a dispute between defendant and complainant over the right to cut hay in a certain hayfield. Complainant, Wayne Ritchie, and Harold Ritchie, all testified that defendant drove into the field, alighted from his car, pointed or aimed a gun at the complainant, and ordered him off the field.
