Appeal is taken from a conviction for felony theft. The jury assessed punishment at ten years.

The evidence shows that a steel warehouse in Stafford, belonging to S. W. Weatherford, was broken into on October 31, 1971. Among the items taken were a dune buggy, a battery charger, hand tools and "things of that sort." The indictment charged appellant with theft of the dune buggy...
