Defendant appeals from his conviction for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). There is only one issue raised on appeal, as indeed there has been only one issue in the case from its inception. Defendant contends that the marijuana introduced into evidence at the trial was seized in violation of the Fourth Amendment, and that the trial court should, therefore...
