Charles G. Satterlee, hereinafter referred to as respondent, is 40 years of age. He was admitted to practice law in Minnesota on May 27, 1958, and has practiced his profession for some years in the city of Wadena, Minnesota. He is presently suspended from the practice of law for failure to pay the 1973 registration fee required...
