Plaintiff sought relief on account of alleged racial discrimination in the refusal to rent him an apartment in an apartment complex owned by the defendant. Jurisdiction was based on Sections 3610 and 3612, 42 U.S.C., Sections 1981 and 1982, 42 U.S.C., and Section 1343(3) and (4), 28 U.S.C. The District Court denied relief, finding that "the evidence does not establish any racial motive" in the refusal to rent....
