Petitioner, an inmate at M.C.I. Norfolk, seeks a Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. He has been confined following convictions in the Superior Court on indictments charging manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident after causing personal injury, operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating so as to endanger.
