Defendant was charged with the murder of Gennell Hill. After a jury trial, he was found guilty of that crime, and the court sentenced him to a term of 30 to 75 years. On appeal defendant contends that he was so prejudiced by the conduct of the prosecutor and the trial judge that he was deprived of a fair trial.
