This is an appeal from the suspension of motor vehicle operating privileges. On April 26, 1972, appellant entered a plea of guilty in the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under suspension. A certified report of this conviction was sent to the Secretary of Transportation. Appellant was notified on July 14, 1972, that pursuant to section 618(a)(2) of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959...
