Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County before Judge H. Ralph Miller, the appellant, Jules Melchoir Lambiotte, Jr., was convicted on the first two counts of a three-count indictment. He was found guilty of (1) storehouse breaking and stealing goods of the value of $5.00, and (2) storehouse breaking with intent to steal goods over the value of $100...
