PER CURIAM.

Through habeas corpus proceedings the defendant, Joe Coates, was granted an out of time appeal from a conviction of Accessory After the Fact, La.R.S. 14:25, for which he was sentenced to serve five years in the state penitentiary. On this appeal, he relies upon three bills of exceptions reserved and perfected during the proceedings to obtain a reversal.
