Appellant, defendant below, Frank Lawson, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of burglary, second degree, and at the sentencing held on July 6, 1972, was placed on probation for two years. On August 9, 1972, a petition to revoke probation was filed and a hearing was held on November 1, 1972.
