The appellant's driver's license was suspended on September 5, 1971, effective October 5, 1971, pursuant to R. C. Chapter 4509, as a result of a foreign judgment arising out of a motor vehicle accident. The action of the registrar was appealed to the Franklin County Common Pleas Court, Case No. 246962.
