Lester Schwerin, Harry Leibowitz and his son, David Leibowitz, were the sole shareholders of the Imperial News Co. As business partners, Schwerin and the elder Leibowitz managed and controlled the Imperial News Co. and Glen Distributors, Inc. Mr. Schwerin died on April 10, 1960.
