REILLY, Chief Judge:

This is an appeal by a wife from an annulment of her second marriage in a suit brought by the husband to void such marriage on the ground that neither he nor she was eligible to enter into such marital relationship because their purported divorces from prior spouses, still living, were invalid. The divorces in question were granted at different times by a court sitting in Juarez, Mexico.
