Defendant, David Goss, together with Anthony Robinson and Kenneth Simmons, was charged with the murder of Miguel Barreto, armed robbery of Miguel Barreto and Terrie Tatum, aggravated battery upon Terrie Tatum and unlawful restraint of Terrie Tatum.
