Defendant, appellant herein, is appealing his conviction for possession of marijuana for sale in violation of R. C. 3719.44(B).

Pursuant to a search warrant, police officers of the city of Martins Ferry and the Belmont County sheriff's office searched a two story frame dwelling house outside of Martins Ferry on October 16, 1972.
