This is a proceeding to review an order of the Department of Banking of the State of Nebraska granting a charter to Southroads Bank, Bellevue, Nebraska. The district court affirmed the order of the Department of Banking and dismissed the proceedings. The First National Bank of Bellevue has appealed.
