This is an appeal from the denial of a motion to vacate judgment and sentence, filed pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 2255.

We find no error in the district court's denial of relief concerning Appellant Savage's allegations of trial court errors and ineffective assistance of counsel. However, Savage's court-appointed counsel failed to file a petition for certiorari in the Supreme Court after we affirmed his conviction on direct appeal...
