YEAGLEY, Associate Judge:

In this case appellant appeals from his conviction of receiving stolen property.1 He assigns as error (1) the denial of his motion to suppress evidence and (2) the use of incriminating statements made by him after being given "Miranda" warnings which he asserts were inadequate. We affirm the denial of his motion to suppress and reverse his conviction based on the admission into evidence of incriminating statements...
