Appellants, Empire Realty, Inc. (Empire) and the executors of the Estate of Sidney B. Needle (Needle), appeal from a decree in equity for monetary damages in the sum of $19,641.50 entered against them in favor of appellees (the Fleishers) by the Circuit Court for Washington County (McLaughlin, C.J.).
