PARKER, Judge.
Before pleading to the bill of indictment, defendant moved to quash the bill. He now assigns as error the failure of the court to allow his motion. Defendant challenges the validity of the bill for the reason that it was drawn pursuant to G.S. § 14-177 and that said statute because of vagueness and overbreadth does not meet Federal and State constitutional standards. The assignment of error is without merit.
