CASE SUMMARY — Judicial review is sought from an award of the Industrial Board of Indiana (the Board) against the defendant-appellee the Board of Commissioners of the County of Clay (the County), and in favor of plaintiff-appellant, Sherrel Page (Page) which reduced the amount of a previous award by the Single Hearing Member.

We affirm.
