Plaintiffs (husband and wife) instituted this action to recover damages resulting from an accident in which a 1969 Comet automobile, owned and being driven by the husband, ran into the rear of a tractor and semi-trailer owned by defendant truck line, being driven by owner's employee, Curtis Norman, and insured by Travelers Indemnity Company.
