BARHAM, Justice.

A declaratory judgment suit was filed by Abner Hughes, as trustee for the 26 trusts provided in the last will and testament of Jules M. Burguieres, against the beneficiaries of those trusts. Jules M. Burguieres died on September 7, 1960, and with the probate of his will 26 separate trusts were set up, each encompassing one-twenty-sixth of the decedent's residual estate, with Hughes as trustee for each.
