Eros O. Baldisserotto was employed by the Port of Moses Lake. On June 16, 1971, his employment was terminated. Thereafter, he applied to the Employment Security Department for unemployment compensation. His application was denied. After exhausting his administrative remedies to no avail, he appealed to the Superior Court for Grant County where the denial was affirmed. This appeal followed.
