This cause is before us on petition for writ of certiorari to review the decision of the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District, reported at 256 So.2d 13. Jurisdiction is based on conflict between the decision sought to be reviewed and Shingleton v. Bussey,1 and Thompson v. Commercial Union Insurance Co.2
