On November 28, 1971, the defendant, Paul Arthur Corsa, shot and killed his father. Defendant was charged with, and after a jury trial, convicted of, first-degree murder. MCLA 750.316; MSA 28.548. From a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment, defendant appeals. We affirm, treating those issues which merit decisional discussion.
