This is an appeal from an order of the Chancery Court of Clarke County, Mississippi, sustaining special demurrers to a bill of complaint to remove clouds from title, quiet title and seeking an accounting of certain royalty payments for oil and gas produced from lands in Clarke County. The controversy arises out of an attempted tax sale by the Collector of Internal Revenue and the tax collector's deed executed pursuant thereto dated April 11, 1951...
