This is a bill in equity by which the plaintiffs seek to compel the defendant to convey to the plaintiffs a certain parcel of land described in a written option agreement dated March 5, 1970. The suit was tried before a judge of the Superior Court who made findings of fact and by whose order a decree was entered dismissing the bill.
