This is an appeal from the denial of a claim against the Estate of Willie Elijah Stinson. The claim was filed by the deceased's sister, appellant Elna S. Lowery, for money allegedly loaned by her to the decedent during his lifetime. The widow, Louise Stinson, as executrix of the estate and appellee herein, filed a contest of the claim in Circuit Court of Shelby County, Alabama, in Equity. The court denied the claim.
