This is a personal injury suit filed by plaintiff against Central Louisiana Electric Company, Inc. (Cleco); three of its stockholder employees, Carroll Fusilier, Martin Thiels, and Johnny Clarius; and their insurer, Continental Casualty Company. An exception of no cause of action filed by Cleco was sustained by the trial court. After a trial on the merits, the jury granted plaintiff judgment in the sum of $650,000.00 against the three individual defendants...
