ORTH, C.J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

WILLIAM CORNELIUS JONES, calling upon the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, claims that if he were now tried on a charge that he robbed Eugene Alfred Contee with a deadly weapon on 9 October 1971 he would be "subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb."
