Appellant seeks reversal of a final judgment, entered pursuant to a jury verdict, awarding appellee $50,000.00 for the death of his minor son.

The record on appeal, briefs and oral argument herein having been fully considered, and it appearing therefrom that appellant has failed to demonstrate that the judgment appealed is erroneous, the said judgment is therefore affirmed.
