Defendant was charged with operating a motor vehicle in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania after his operating privileges were suspended and before said operating privileges had been reinstated, allegedly in violation of section 1432 of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, 75 PS §1432.
