Appellant, George Lomax, was convicted in the Criminal Court of Baltimore (Liss, J.) of possession of heroin and sentenced to five years imprisonment. The incriminating evidence against him was obtained as a result of a search warrant, the probable cause for the issuance of which appellant unsuccessfully challenged below and again attacks on his appeal to this Court.
