Defendant-appellant was charged in a four-count indictment, three counts of which described the distribution of cocaine and one count of which charged him with knowingly and intentionally possessing cocaine with intent to distribute it contrary to 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. On February 1, 1973 the jury convicted him on all four counts. The present appeal seeks reversal...
