This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Mark A. Costantino, Judge, sitting without a jury, which convicted appellant on three counts of an indictment arising out of the attempted importation of approximately sixteen pounds of a marijuana derivative, hashish.
