SIMPSON, Circuit Judge:

Marvin Farmer appeals from the district court's decision denying habeas corpus relief under Title 28 U.S.C. Section 2254. We affirm.

The petitioner-appellant is a Georgia State Prison system inmate. He was arrested on May 25, 1969 and indicted for rape, burglary and assault with intent to murder. On July 24, 1969 he entered a plea of guilty to each of the three offenses charged and thereupon was sentenced to three consecutive terms...
